Assessment and Feedback

Our Assessment and Feedback services help individuals identify their strengths and potential areas for development. Feedback sessions are aimed at helping each respondent understand their individual feedback report and can be delivered in group or individually.  Feedback sessions conclude with helping participants identify next steps in building on their strengths or addressing their developmental needs.

Leadership Strengths and Development Opportunities Assessment

The CPI-260™ (California Psychological Inventory™) helps people gain a clearer picture of their personal and work-related characteristics, motivations, and thinking styles—as well as how they manage themselves and deal with others—and provide a view into their strengths and developmental opportunities. The CPI is a powerful tool for helping individuals improve their performance and enabling organizations to develop high-potential employees and leaders and cultivate a rich pool of talent for building organizational success.

Strong Interest Inventory®

The Strong Interest Inventory® assessment helps individuals identify their work personality by exploring their interests in six broad areas: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional (often referred to using the acronym RIASEC).  It then breaks the RIASEC areas into 30 specific areas of interest that can be directly related to fields of study, careers, and leisure activities.  In addition, it describes an individual's personal style preferences in five areas: Work Style, Learning Environment, Team Orientation, Leadership Style, and Risk Taking.  It also ranks the individual's top 5 or 10 most compatible occupations from a list of 130 specific jobs.

The Strong assessment helps in:

  • Choosing a College major selection

  • Career Exploration

  • Career Development

  • Employee Engagement

  • Reintegration to the workplace

Energy Leadership™ Index

Energy Leadership refers to both a particular and unique form of leadership, and also, literally, to the process of leading energy, so that it works for you rather than against you.  The Energy Leadership Index assessment provides insights into how your leading energy shows up in various aspects of your life.  It measures your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive and sustainable action.  When you are conscious of your energy, you can increase your ability to shift your energy and the energy of those around you.  When you do this, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress.

Emotional Intelligence (EI)

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is not just about how we recognize and deal with emotions, but also about how effective we are in engaging with others and how well we cope and make decisions in stressful situations.  Research has shown that these kinds of people-skills are what most often cause the derailment of high potential executives—they might be brilliant in their fields, but are unable to effectively build and sustain a team to meet organizational goals. Our EI assessments can be completed by individuals (the EQi) or they can be done as a 360 assessment (EQ360) to also gain insights about how others perceive the individual’s emotional intelligence.

Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®)

The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. Intercultural competence has been identified as a critical capability in a number of studies focusing on overseas effectiveness of international sojourners, international business adaptation and job performance, international student adjustment, international transfer of technology and information, international study abroad, and inter-ethnic relations within nations.
